Vincent Holland is a lawyer and principal at Forty Seven Legal and compliments the integrated wealth management services that Forty Seven offers through his expertise in succession planning, tax, superannuation, asset protection, trusts, estate administration and philanthropy.

Having previously worked for a number of years in a top tier law firm, Vincent delivers superior legal outcomes for his clients, ensuring they have the most appropriate structure in place for accumulating and protecting their wealth now and transferring control of it on their death.

His practice is complimented with skills in commercial legal advice and dispute resolution.

Vincent is a member of various professional associations, presents regularly at our seminar events and is regularly published in the media, including in Money Management and the West Australian.
Some of the matters in which Vincent represents clients include:

  • Drafting simple and complex wills and testamentary trusts
  • Advising on business structures, including companies, partnerships, SMSFs and trusts
  • Technical superannuation advice, including Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements (LRBA), SMSF succession planning, in-specie transfer of real property to and from an SMSF
  • Advice on the formation of philanthropic structures, such as charitable trusts and Private Ancillary Funds
  • Small Business CGT Exemptions
  • Estate administration, including grants of probate, letters of administration and contested estates

    Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia
